sf posee el MAPA de procesos (punteros: entrada/salida · responsable · relaciones), nunca los cuerpos. Los cuerpos (Control Plan/PFMEA/SWI) permanecen en QMS (§7.5.3). Responsable resuelto en vivo (2-hop → org-roster). sf는 프로세스 지도(포인터: 입출력·담당·관계)만 소유하고 본문은 소유하지 않는다. 본문(관리계획·PFMEA·SWI)은 QMS 정본(§7.5.3). 담당자는 2홉으로 라이브 해석. sf owns the process MAP (pointers: I/O · owner · relations), never the bodies. Bodies (Control Plan/PFMEA/SWI) stay in QMS (§7.5.3). Owner resolved live (2-hop → org-roster).
